Weronika is an advocate with an economic background. She specializes in civil and corporate law heading department of IT contracts, i.a. implementation and maintenance agreements, license agreements, SaaS, CTA.

Due to multidisciplinary educational background and experience she provides advice to international web3 and blockchain projects from legal, business and tax perspective.

Weronika graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and Law Department at Warsaw Univeristy. She worked in BIG4 as an auditor of financial statements and as a lawyer.

Her interests are intellectual property law and tax law, especially international taxation and taxation of projects implementing blockchain technology.
