Tomasz is a lawyer specializing in corporate law and regulatory aspects of crypto industry. He gained his experience working in a renowned private law firm as well as a public sector institution.
Tomasz advises projects from crypto industry, including in the fields of decentralized gaming, De-Fi and RWA tokenization. He conducts jurisdictional researches, which are a vital part of the 3DOTS complex regulatory advisory for the clients.
Apart from legal practice, Tomasz is a Ph.D. student at University of Łódź. His dissertation regards legal aspects of decentralized autonomous organizations, a prominent use of blockchain technology. Tomasz is author of papers in renowned scientific journals – “Palestra” and “Przegląd Prawa Handlowego”.
